What You'll Do

• Build product across the stack, from frontend workflows to backend systems and AI-powered features
• Work on software that connects CAD activity, requirements, design reviews, and engineering context
• Help build internal tools and product features for design sessions, traceability, collaboration, and review workflows
• Prototype quickly, ship fast, and iterate directly from customer feedback
• Work closely with the founders on real product decisions, not isolated intern projects
• Contribute to agentic workflows that help engineers understand changes, surface risk, and make better decisions in context

What We're Looking For

• Strong engineering fundamentals and ability to build real products, not just solve interview problems
• Comfortable coding across the stack
• Familiarity with modern AI coding tools and a strong instinct for shipping fast
• Strong product sense and good judgment on what matters to users
• Excited by ambiguity and willing to work through messy, early-stage problems
• Curious about AI, developer tools, system design, or hardware and engineering workflows
• High ownership, high slope, low ego

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Python, or modern backend frameworks
• Experience building with LLMs, agent workflows, evals, or retrieval systems
• Experience with CAD, 3D tools, engineering software, or technical workflows
• Has built side projects people actually use
