We move fast, multiple deploys a day, every engineer owns their work end-to-end. Don’t read this JD too literally: responsibilities here change constantly, and the best people define their own scope. As a founding MTS, you’ll shape the product, the architecture, and the engineering culture.

You’ll work across real-time collaboration, CAD integrations, and AI-powered engineering workflows. We’re also pushing into building computer-use RL environments, so there’s deep, frontier-level technical surface area if you want it.

What You’ll Do

• Build core Tandem systems across frontend, backend, CAD integrations, and AI workflows
• Ship across CAD-connected workflows, requirements systems, review tooling, and traceability infra
• Turn fragmented engineering activity into structured, usable context
• Contribute to our RL CAD environments, data pipelines, and evals that improve model performance on real engineering tasks
• Work directly with customers and founders to shape roadmap and direction
• Own major technical areas end to end, prototype to production
• Help define the engineering culture, standards, and velocity
